Effective date: July 5th, 2026 · Last updated: July , 2026
LinkedIn Copilot ("the Service") is operated by Career Bridge USA, a division of Laner Group Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). Contact: contact@lanergroup.com.
The Service helps professionals manage their LinkedIn presence. AI drafts content and profile suggestions; the user reviews, edits, and approves each item before anything is published. Publishing occurs exclusively through LinkedIn's official API after the user's explicit authorization and per-item approval.
Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
Onboarding responses: your professional goals, audience, topics, tone of voice, and stories you choose to share, used solely to generate content for you.
Content data: drafts, edits, approvals, and publication records, including an audit log of each approval.
LinkedIn data (only after you authorize): your name, profile photo, email address, and member identifier, provided through LinkedIn's official OAuth authorization. We never receive or store your LinkedIn password.
Technical data: basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.
To provide the Service: generating content, managing your approval queue, and publishing items you approve.
To improve content quality for you: your edits and feedback tune future drafts for your account only.
To secure the Service and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Content generation is performed by third-party AI infrastructure acting as our service provider under contractual confidentiality. Your onboarding responses and content drafts are transmitted to that provider solely to generate your content.
We use a small number of processors to operate the Service (hosting, database, and AI infrastructure), bound by data-protection obligations. We share LinkedIn data only as needed to perform the actions you approve, in accordance with LinkedIn's API terms.
Access credentials issued by LinkedIn (OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to production data is restricted.
We retain your data while your account is active. Disconnecting your LinkedIn account deletes the associated access tokens immediately. You may request full deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us; we will comply within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, including rights under U.S. state privacy laws and, for users in Brazil, under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). To exercise any right, contact contact@lanergroup.com. You may also revoke the Service's LinkedIn authorization at any time in your LinkedIn settings.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
