These Terms govern your use of LinkedIn Copilot ("the Service"), operated by Career Bridge USA, a division of Laner Group Consulting LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Service uses AI to draft LinkedIn content and profile suggestions for you. Every item requires your review and explicit approval before publication. You are the author and final publisher of everything posted through your account.
It is not a law firm and does not provide legal, immigration, or career-placement advice.
It does not guarantee any outcome — including reach, engagement, followers, job offers, or professional opportunities.
It does not automate connection requests, private messages, or any activity prohibited by LinkedIn's User Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
You retain all rights to the content you approve and publish. You grant us only the license needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing each item before approving it, including its factual accuracy and its compliance with your professional, licensing, or employment obligations.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or spam content.
The Service connects to LinkedIn exclusively through LinkedIn's official authorization (OAuth) and APIs. We never request your LinkedIn password. You may revoke access at any time in your LinkedIn settings or by disconnecting within the Service. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation; the Service is independent and not endorsed by or affiliated with LinkedIn.
Fees, if any, are presented before you subscribe. Pilot arrangements may be governed by a separate written proposal.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
